Marley Teardrop Multt Zip Backpack
Neat, stylish & functional
I just love this bag! I have used it for about 6 months & it still looks. It has lots of pockets, is not heavy & fits everything I need, ipad, kindle, phone, purse, small notebook & pen, tissues, wipes & a mini first aid, yet it is so compact! I love its classy, non bulky look, yet it has a surprising capacity. I chose the gorgeous red :-)

Great outside; lacking inside
I am a minimalist and was hoping to find a bag to replace my Booq iPad bag which I've been using for years every day for work. After a week of using the Marley Teardrop Backpack, I decided to keep it as a replacement.
Pros: The black leather quality is spectacular. The shape and overall size is just what I wanted - as small as possible and still fit my work essentials including iPad. Slim and teardrop shape is adaptable for everyday use and travel. Comfortable, thick leather carry handle. Two easily accessible small zipper pockets on front of bag fit my 'wallet' in one (a small, leather business card case) and my non-phablet phone in the other. Lots of small compartments to store small things. I can stow one backpack strap in the back pocket and use it as a sling.
Cons: The interior of this bag is much inferior from what I'm used to in less expensive bags. Thin nylon lining contrasts greatly with the quality of the outer leather. I expected a sleeve or strap to hold my iPad Air 2 with the advertised "snug secure fit". The iPad/tablet goes into the main compartment with whatever else you decide to put in there. The internal pockets are unusually short. There are thin leather pen loops instead of pen pockets. If your pens don't have clips they will slip through into your bag. And it's near impossible to slide pen clips over the leather. If I leave a pen unretracted, it will draw on my iPad case. The cheap pen loops are a major flaw for me.
Summary: In my opinion, the external leather and pockets are above average in quality and definitely worth the price. The internal material and organization is below average from what I'm used to; definitely not worth the price. If you just want a purse, this will work. If you're looking for a compact, functional, stylish briefcase for everyday use, you might consider buying something else.

Really Cute and Made Well
Loved the color (Plum)! I like that it is small enough not to get in the way and very lightweight. Traveling the NYC subway daily is a cinch. the carry-handle is cute and stylish.

After years with 1st one, now a 2nd
I have had one for years and love it so much! Now I have purchased a second one, not that the first one is worn out. I used it a lot and it is still fine. It's just that I like the red color and could use a second one.

Just got the black! Big enough for my iPad mini & my moms iPad Air in the interior. The inside pockets are very small and would hold roughly a deck of cards but the outside 2 pockets flush to the back hold my iPhone 6 securely. The 2 small slanted pockets on the front each hold a pair of glasses or sunglasses. There is also a permanent key holder in the inside. I like this bag!

Cool, Classy & practical
This is the best purse-backpack combination that I have ever had. II love its features, its style and the quality with which it was made. The leather is soft and nice to the touch. The opening allows you to see what you have in it. It is easy to get things in and out without having to "hunt". It is also very comfortable to wear, even over a jacket. The side pockets are useful for keys, lipstick or change. Highly recommended!

Too small for devices
As other reviewers state, it is a lovely red color and a great purse. With the new size I-Phone, the outside pockets are too small. The capacity for an I-Pad with any protective type case, is also too small. Without a cover the I-Pad will fit. I am clumsy, so this is a problem. I am keeping the little backpack anyway because it is a great value.
