Circa smartPlanner Refill Sampler 2015
Doing a great job so far of keeping me organized and on track.

Organized at Last
I've been using a 1-page monthly calendar, but found myself needing more space. It took me a while to decide to purchase the SmartPlanner, because I wasn't sure I needed everything (monthly and weekly), and I'm on a budget. The quality makes it worthwhile, though I did decide in the end not to use the monthly calendars. Instead, I kept the weekly pages and gave the monthly tabs to my son to use for his high school planner. I am using the calendar to keep a work record as well as managing my appointments, so it's nice to have the two-page format to include plenty of detail. The apps are nice, but not necessary for me.

Love my Smart Planner
Love the full month dividers followed by weekly pages with extra room for each day and the areas for weekly to do's and notes. Whenever I need extra room for notes, I just pop in an extra sheet...annotated or dotted grid.

I'm right handed, so it's frustrating that the primary part of this planner I would use -- the weekly section -- is on the left hand side. (I should have noticed this in the pictures.) My hand runs into the discs. Also, the monthly view has Saturday and Sunday stacked at the end of the week with a minimal amount of space. I'm using 1" discs and had trouble getting it all to fit.
I was really excited to purchase my first Circa planner but will probably go back to what I was using next year. If I hadn't already written in it, I probably would have sent it back.

This is the best planner/agenda I have used. It is designed very well, the size (junior) fits well on my desk and the quality of the paper is top-notch. I haven't used the apps very much but they seem to be of the same quality and I'm sure would be useful if needed.

I have to look at the entire month at a time, that is why I can't totally convert to my phone calendar. With my schedule, husbands travel schedule and our kids schedules I love having the additional weekly pages to keep all my notes on. Couldn't live without it. I have used Levenger planners for years and they just keep getting better and better!

I have a lot of Circa notebooks. Last summer I bought the Smart Planner for the last six months of 2014 and found that it helped me to be better organized. So I bought the 2015 version. I put into my new Circa Folio and plan to take it to my various meetings with extra circa sheets added for note-taking. I can then transfer those to the relevant notebooks for each committee that I keep back in my office.

Circa Smart Planner
After using many different planner styles over the years, I happened on the Smart Planner last year and I love it. It's super functional, and doesn't take up as much space as my last planner. It's thoughtfully laid out and easy to work with, I suggest it to anyone who uses a planner daily.

I've used paper planners and I've relied on my smartphone calendar, but both lacked key features that made capturing everything I need easy, fast and intuitive. This is the best planner Levenger has ever offered, and if you're doubtful paper can match digital, give this a try. Infinitely adaptable, I can't imagine starting a year without it -- or navigating my days and weeks with just a calendar phone app. If you're a Circa fan, this is everything you need, and then some.

Proudly analogue in a digital world
I have been using this as my planner/notetaker for several years now.
The weekly version is perfect for my situation. The days on the left and the note spaces on the right are excellent.
I can take pages out and move them around, save some in another notebook, or stash them away for future records.
Combined with the leather binder, I am ready to go all the time.
The monthly tabs are a must. I don't see the need to order the separate tab package. The tabs that come with this fit perfectly into the setup.
