Great quality products for the money. Great company

I contemplated this purchases for a while. I had read the previous comments and was a little hesitant. I took a chance when it was on sale, and was rewarded. Like other reviews, this wallet is probably thicker that most would like. I carry mine in my front pocket so this isn't an issue. Even with almost all of the card slots full and added pictures, mine stays closed just fine.
If you don't mind the functionality issues previously discussed this is truly an exceptional product, well worth the price.
I do have a recommendation. To address others' concerns about bulkiness you may want to consider eliminating the card slots on the back side of the ID flap and make that the second ID location. This would still give someone 8 card slots.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and glad that I took the chance on it.

Exactly what my husband was looking for
It's difficult to find a bifold wallet that can accommodate holding more than 6-8 credit cards. This one fit the bill (no pun intended). My husband is used to a thicker wallet so he hasn't complained about the size. His requirements are - bifold, I.D. Holder, and long lasting quality. Wallets with these specifications are few and far between. I was thrilled to find Levenger carried this design and hope they'll continue offering it in the future.
Only con: the plaid lining is a bit preppy for my husband and may date the wallet in a few years.

Nice wallet, bomber jacket leather is very nice. The wallet is tough to close when full, so I've had to "carry less", but it is a nice wallet.

my first levenger wallet and i am so far satisfied..i too noticed that when i filled all of the slots it would not close properly, but i have pocketed it for a few days and it seems to be folding better...i am sure since it is leather, it will conform to my pocket and be a very comfortable wallet..nice quality...i only with that the lining was leather also..i do not know how i will like the plaid cotton twill lining? so far, so good.

Disappointed - Wallet won't close!
I was so disappointed to see that once all the slots were utilized, the wallet would not close completely! My hubby noted that this was surprising for a company like Levenger - why didn't they test it?
Unfortunately, I had it personalized, so he is going to try to make it work, see if it stretches, etc.

I was using a German made wallet for many years now but it was time to look for something else as it started falling apart. I had a hard time finding a wallet that looked good and of high quality. until now that is. I am very glad that I found the Bomber Jacket Flip ID Wallet from Levenger. It's a very good looking wallet and the workmanship is excellent. I am sure this wallet will last me for many years.

Great Sturdy Replacement
This is a wonderful wallet, slides easily into the pocket and of sturdy construction. Several reviewers have noted that the wallet is too fat. Out of the box this was my first impression also. However, after loading it up with cards and identification and using it, I found it quickly slims down. I like the way it opens easily and the id slot makes simple work of showing my driver's license. I purchased this as a replacement to an earlier Levenger wallet and its already a comfortable friends. Thanks Levenger!

Money pocket too short
This billfold, it's one and five eighths thick
in inches, it won't fold and that's tragic
high quality, it's from Levenger,
now, don't shoot this messenger,
If a bit longer, it would really be slick.
I'm not sure we can blame the wallet for being too thick. What makes it thick is all the stuff we try to put in it. There is a problem fundamental to the design, however, The problem is that this wallet was designed to hold lots of cards, and when you pack all the card pockets, you end up with so much bulk that it won't fold shut. The money pocket needs to be about half an inch longer (at the fold point) to allow it to wrap around the cards.
I've found that i can work with it, by carefully inserting it into by pants pocket fold edge up (so I can get it out without the spreading flaps grabbing onto the hems of my pocket). It is packed very tight. I am hoping that the leather will stretch a little over time, and am trying to "break it in" like I would my old baseball gloves...
