Circa Daily Planner Refill
These daily planner pages work well for me. They would be better with fewer "To Do" lines and more space for notes, but that is minor as I can add in note sheets. A good bargain if you can pick them up from the outlet.

The Search is Over!
With the letter size monthly tabs and daily planner, and the customization of the Circa system, my search is over for the perfect planner! I work in IT, but I think and plan best with paper. The size and layout of this planner provides the room and functionality for me to list business and personal to-dos and track accomplishments with ease. With the flexibility to add in and move around other Circa project management and organization features, this is the complete planner/time management system for me!.

So far so good!
I just received this product but so far I really like the usability of it. It gives me room to write all my to do's for the day, where as the smart does not, but I bought the smart planner so I could have the months but I am using this product for my day to day. I don't like a week to week system, not enough room for all my daily tasks and meetings. I will be ordering the full year for this system. I started with just a few months to make sure it would work for me. So far so good!

I love this planner!
The Circa planner is extremely functional and fits all of my needs. I order it with the additional monthly tabs and fold-out calender. I like the 12-hour/day format and the room for notes on the facing page.
I have used other brands of planners but like the Circa best, especially since I can use the other junior size page formats in the same notebook.

Really like the space and layout of the pages and I thought I would be okay having them broken into quarters and just added at the end of each quarter upcoming events in the later dates. However, now that I am using it I wish I had of opted for more days per page so the whole calendar year would fit into the daytimer. I do really like having all the space and the full page to write notes because I write way too much.

Too much & not enough
I use a compact agenda with the leather foldover cover. I like the compact size, which fits nicely in a pocket in my purse. I ordered this refill thinking that a daily 2-page spread was what I wanted, but the compact size just gets too thick if I add more than 2 months of pages. I also realized, now that I'm retired, that I don't need an hourly breakdown of my day. This would have been a great tool to use when I was working but a bit of overkill for me now. Other than appointments and a few scheduled events each month, my days are pretty much my own.
I noticed that the refill set doesn't come with the monthly 2-page calendar, which I tend to use frequently. Perhaps this could be added or offered as an independent refill pack.
As far as quality goes, I found the pages easy to read and the paper quality fine when using my favorite ballpoint pen.

Poor Paper Quality
I agree with other reviewers. The paper is a lot thinner than previous years. I move my pages around a lot, and don't think the punched edge will hold up to the wear and tear.
I also noticed eraser marks will lift the lines/printing on the page. I do all my calendering in pencil and this creates problems.
If these pages are "printed to order", I 'd like the opportunity to reorder them with heavier paper.

Downturn in Paper Quality
I've been using Levenger since 2009 and really enjoy the flexibility and versatility of the Circa system. I was disappointed this year when I put my new 2013 calender refills and noticed the paper quality went down from previous years. I use a fountain pen and my fountain pen runs on these pages, but never before. In a side-by-side comparison the new paper is much thinner than before. I hope this is fixed next year.
