Chroma Lustra Stylus Ballpoint Pen
Exactly what I needed
This pen was a beautiful gift from my father - engraved with my initials to coordinate with my many Cira products this was exactly what I needed. The pen writes smoothly and is the perfect weight. I use an iPad regularly so having the stylus with me is remarkable useful. I would recommend this to a student, professional or just as a hobby/convenience pen.

Present for hubby
Purchased this pen for my husband for when he has to sign both wet and electronic signatures. He loves the pen. Good work Levenger.

Great pen and stylus
I love a pen that has a little heft to it, and of course, Levenger ink is wonderfully smooth. The thing that concerns me about pen/stylus combinations is that often the stylus is mediocre at best. NOT so here. This is one of the best styluses I have used on my iPad. I also like that the clip on this is a little on the tight side, so it definitely doesn't fall out of my case. I definitely recommend this pen as a good value.

Bought this in red as a Christmas gift. When it arrived, I loved it so much I ordered one in blue for myself. Very nice pen for the money.

Just a regular pen
Although it looks pretty the pen itself isn't all that spectacular. The ink is OK but not very impressive. I also ordered it to be engraved and it didn't came engraved.

Best stylus pen I've found
I purchased one of these pens when I needed a stylus for an iPad app and was dissatisfied with the pens I could find in stores. I really like the heft, and feel of this pen, and the stylus works perfectly. I bought several as gifts this Christmas, and kept one more for myself. Excellent value!

Gave this as a Christmas gift. As a pen collector, I had to make sure it wrote well before I gave it, and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful style, as good as a ballpoint can be writing-wise, and excellent value for not a lot of money. Definitely recommend as a wallet-pen!

Not worth the Expense
This pen looks great but the twist mechanism is not smooth. Also the pen does not write smoothly. Granted, it's not a very expensive pen but for the price, you can find better quality elsewhere.

I purchased the L-tech 3.0 rollerball in silver, along with the Chroma Lustra Stylus ballpoint pen. The the hexagonal sides on the cap of my 3.0 are just slightly misalligned with its barrel, which is disappointing. The 3.0 comes with its own case and two stylus cap options. Unfortunately when a stylus cap is placed onto the pen, the pen will cease to fit into its own case. I used a box cutter to modify the case and now my pen fits. Both styluses work great. The pen is stylish and beautiful in its industrial tech design way. It really is a smart and unique look. It carries some weight to it, which makes it quite satisfying to hold.
The 3.0 is heavy unlike the Chroma Lustra Sylus Pen, which feels light and a bit cheap. When being held, there is a detectable rattle in the barrel of my pen which, prevents the pen from feeling truly luxurious. I purchased this pen as a gift but, the requested gift note was not shipped to me. The Chroma is a good looking pen and I nice purchase in its pricepoint, dispite the rattle in mine.

I bought this pen/stylus combo in April. I have no problem at all with the writing function of the rollerball pen. But, to be honest, I use this more for the stylus feature in tandem with my iPad, and it's been great until now. But, the rubber stylus is beginning to fray around the edges, and rubber if threatening to flake off. After only 8 months of use, I find this a mite disappointing. I wonder if perhaps the rubber used for the stylus might not be a bit too soft for such use, although, admittedly, I have no idea if this could result in the fraying I've experienced. I offer this not so much to complain as to suggest that maybe Levenger might wish to assess the quality of the stylus material used for this pen and/or others like it.
