Good quality Better than those cheap mechanical pencils in which the mechanism has a tendency to jam or break after a year or two. A bit narrower body than I would like but the pencil seems to be well constructed and so far the mechanism seems solid. January 29, 2015
Great Mechanical Pencil Love...Love...Love this mechanical pencil. It's well engineered and a pleasure to write with...at a very reasonable price. Levenger carries replacement leads. Wish you had the extra long eraser refills like the one that comes with the pencil. January 23, 2015
Great mechanical pencil This is a well engineered mechanical pencil with a comfortable feel and outstanding writing experience. I've spent far more on lousy mechanical pencils that are flimsy and break after a few uses. I'll be buying more of these to give as gifts and another for myself to carry around so I can keep one in my office. January 11, 2015
Simply the best I've been searching for a workhorse mechanical pencil and finally found it. This pencil does it all and does it with style. January 1, 2015
came back for more This pencils are so good that I have given them as Christmas gifts for several years. Everyone loves them. The 7mm in particular brings back the joy of writing with a pencil. So smooth December 18, 2014
Excellent Pencil This is one of the best mechanical pencils around. It's mechanics work smoothly, the feel is excellent and its adjustment mechanism is one of the first innovative changes in this technology in years. I especially like it with soft lead - at 3B. December 18, 2014
Excellent I bought this pencil in 1996 along with the 0.3mm. I love the 0.5mm. It's performed flawlessly. I print too hard for the 0.3mm, but I use it mainly for drawing and it works great for that. So, I'm online ordering another 0.5mm to keep at work. December 13, 2014
Very functional tool I draw extensively on maps and regular pencils need sharpening constantly. Mechanical pencils kept breaking lead as I draw. I got this in the hopes that it would hold up to intense and heavy use. It performs just as I hoped it would. The downside is that it is extremely light. I would prefer a bit more heft and perhaps more circumference at the grip. The product is not perfect but it is very good and well worth the price. May 22, 2014
Complaint I wrote a review but haven't seen a response. The lead won't advance on the pencil- the second one with this problem. What am I doing wrong? April 12, 2014
Good Pencil I like good mechanical pencils and this one caught my attention. I really liked that there was an adjustment on it for hard or soft writing. My one criticism is that the pencil just feels incomplete without a cap for the eraser. February 6, 2014
