Sakura Micron Pen 05 Gift Set
Really like these
I must admit, I was first attracted to this product because of the little pouch. (I bought an iPad sleeve earlier with the same material and color combination and really liked it.) The pouch was as I had expected — perfect for storing pens or keeping knick knacks for the purse. The pens are nice, too. Very smooth, and importantly, it doesn't bleed, even on standard notepad paper. The tips are a bit thicker than I'd like, but that's the hazard of buying pens online.

I've gone back and bought set after set for myself, so that I can have them everywhere. They're smooth, clear, strong, readable, just fantastic.

Sakura pens do what others don't
While most of my life is now done via computers and handheld devices, I still love writing. Also, I am an archaeologist, and frequently need archival quality pens to do maps, accessioning of objects, etc. I used to have to use a crow quill and India ink (no kidding), but these pens easily take the place - and they do it without mess! Great to have with me, and love the felt pouch.

Great for lefties
These pens were a gift for my left handed husband. There were no smudges, even though he writes very quickly.

Nearly technical pen
I don't have this exact set, but I own several Sakura Micron pens. The line is nearly as precise as a technical pen without the need to refill or worry about clogging. I use mine to tangle to create Zentangle art (look it up - it's easy, meditative and fun, even for people that think they can't draw). I've used several technical pens in the past and find these Sakura pens a joy to use if you don't need super precision.
