Did I stay up way past my bedtime to finish this book last night? Am I going to have a rough day on so little sleep? Was it worth it? Absolutely. Briefly The Brightest Light of Sunshine is about a woman ready to move on, a man who can’t afford distractions and an inspiring journey of healing love. I’m going to let you in on a little secret of mine…I’m a sucker for age gap romances. Why you ask? My husband may be 7 years older than me 🤣 so this book hit home a bit. Did the leading man also have tattoos like my husband? Yes why yes he did. 😆 Cal is a tatted cinnamon role hero just trying to care for his sister when Grace swoops in to make things complicated. I enjoyed seeing their relationship grow with the use of normal adult communication. I just can’t handle miscommunication (I’m spilling all the tea today). This book is spicy yet has depth to keep the reader invested. Short chapters and a sweet epilogue help too. 😂 Overall I really enjoyed this one! It’s available on KU!
