Great Quality, but not enough dividers
"It has 8 divider slots but only comes with 4 dividers and no option of purchasing them separately. Bummer, because it's beautiful and I'd love to fully utilize it."
Surprisingly Poor Craftmanship
"I'm quite surprised at the poor craftsmanship of this piece, as I have generally been satisfied with Levenger products in the past. While the base of this piece is quite nice and substantial, the dividers are woefully inadequate. First, the individual dividers are not stable in their respective slots, and lean at an angle even without the weight of a folder upon them. Second, within two days of unboxing this product, the leather panels have started to peel away from the divider. I unfortunately, then, cannot recommend this product."
Adjust A File
"It wasn’t what I expected. I should have read the product description better. However the dividers are wobbly and don t fit securely into the grooves. It really isn t worth the price. Glad it was on sale."
Worth purchasing
"Handsome, quick and easy to assemble. I own two."
File Holder for Desk Top
"This file holder looks nice."
Pure Garbage
"Over a number of years I have purchased several products from Levenger, and always received top quality merchandise. That is until I bought this piece of garbage in Feb, 2026. I don’t need to describe the issue, my photos make it clearer than words would. Let there be no confusion, the “leather” is peeling away from both panels. Had it been only one panel a case might have been made this was a rare exception. But both, no way. I don’t know who will refund, in full, my purchase price. But let there be no doubt I expect a full refund."
Not Very Useful
"I should have read ALL the reviews. I was disappointed in this product the moment I opened the box it came in because of the limited amount of separators."
Great Product
"This is superbly crafted and is very functional."
Professional instead of cluttered
"This thing quietly forces my desk into good behavior. The adjustable dividers actually work, the files stand up straight, and suddenly paperwork looks intentional instead of accidental. Solid, good-looking, and weirdly satisfying to use. Makes me feel far more organized than I probably deserve."
Q&A
- I purchased a Adjust-A-File several - possibly 5- years ago. I am happy with the product. I am interested in purchasing at least 4-5 additional natural Cherry Wood dividers. I this possible? cost
- Sorry the dividers are not sold separately.
