DAMAGED GOODS

"Product was damaged inside shipping box. This indicates item was damaged PRIOR to shipping. Yet you were going to charger me to exchange it. And I have to wait something like 10 days for a refund. This was a birthday present. Didn't work out. Unhappy about."
