"Love the pen. Best fountain pen I now possess. Smooth, consistent flow. On the other hand, did not receuve the cartridges ordered with the pen. Had to contact customer service and was told they were back ordered and would come later. Would have been nice to know that before I tore apart the shipping box looking for the,cartridges. An easy text or email would have been nice while waiting for the pen to arrive. Guess customer service is not what it used to be."
